Don't Fuck With Joy Division

I really dig on the sound of Joy Division. After the likes of the Sex Pistols and such were through making shitty music Joy Division ignited the entire Post Punk Era of sound ."Existence is.. well.. what does it matter? I exist on the best terms I can. The past is now part of my future. The present is well out of hand." Ian Curtis was the man. In my opinion, the more one dwells on the past the more one begins to live internally and become more isolated from reality and disconnected from other indiviguals. The past causes the present moment to slip through ones fingers because regret and discontent are so consuming. So fuck the past. Don't tell me that this music doesn't have any soul and the musicians are shitty because I will kill you. Listen deeper fools. Some of these songs definitely strike a chord with me including this song, most likely about addictive personalities and such. The distorted echoes do it for me.

Ian Curtis blew out his candle and hung himself a while ago after dealing with intense and overwhelming depression and epilepsy for most of his life.
